The beta service
MyHobbyDesk provides hobby collection and project management for miniatures, paints and recipes, plus Community/public features and optional AI assistance. It is currently a beta: features may change and reasonable maintenance or interruptions may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Accounts
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information where required. Do not misuse the service or another person's account. You may delete your account through Settings using the implemented deletion workflow. Age eligibility remains a product/legal decision and no age threshold is invented in these Terms.
Your content and visibility
You retain ownership of your photos, recipes and other content and must have the rights needed to upload or publish it. You grant MyHobbyDesk only the limited rights needed to host, process, technically reproduce and display it according to your selected visibility. Private content remains governed by those controls; content selected as public is intentionally accessible through the applicable public features.
Community rules
Do not post illegal content, harassment or abuse, spam, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, or malicious/technical abuse. Content can be reported and reports are reviewed. MyHobbyDesk may remove content that violates law or these rules. Profile reports do not automatically delete accounts. We do not claim to proactively review everything or use automated AI moderation.
AI suggestions
AI features provide suggestions, not guarantees. Review results before saving or relying on them. Identification, faction, paint area, collection match and recipe suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Deletion, moderation and serious misuse
User account deletion is separate from removal of reported content. Supported content may be removed after moderation. Serious misuse may lead to proportionate access restriction where technically and legally available; these Terms do not promise tooling that does not exist. Decisions should include a concise reason where the reporting workflow supports it.
Reasonable responsibility
Use the service with appropriate care and keep your own copies of important material. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact us with legal or support concerns.
